An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 29, 2024 from approximately 1:20 pm to 2:55 pm. Six staff were present supervising thirty-three school age children. Children were observed engaged in various group led and individual choice activities. Five staff and five child records were reviewed. Violations found are noted on the violation notice.
