Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 22, 2023 from approximately 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. There were 32 children in attendance and a total of 6 staff present. 4 staff records and 4 children?s records were viewed electronically. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, bathrooms, and the playgrounds. The children were observed eating lunch while the licensing inspector was on-site. The center was having picture day.
Evacuation drills were conducted monthly with the most recent on 2/24/23. The most recent health inspection was on 9/2/22. The most recent fire inspection was on 10/17/22.
