Children's hands shall be washed with soap and running water after toileting and diaper changes.
An infant was observed received a diaper change. The infants was moved from the changing table directly to a pillow for tummy time. The infants hands were not washed after the diaper change.

Plan of Correction: This was addressed and rectified immediately. All children, including infants, hands must be washed with soap and water after each change.

The diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use.
Two infants were observed receiving diaper changes. The diaper changing surface was not washed and/or sanitized between each diaper change.

Plan of Correction: This was immediately addressed. The surface area will be cleaned and sanitized after each diaper change and a meeting was held with the entire team.
