Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted. At the time of the inspection, there were 34 children (ages two-through five) in care with four staff. Children were observed having circle time and playing in centers. The sample size was three children and three staff records.

Based on review of three staff records, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that three references related to care and reputation are checked prior to employment.
