During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 01/28/2025. The inspection began at 12:50 PM and ended at 2:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 7 staff records. This inspection included:

? observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on February 5, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The center's procedures for administering medication shall include the duration of the parent's authorization for administering medication and methods to prevent the use of outdated medication.
There was emergency medicine to be administered to child 1 without written authorization and an expired medication stored for administration to child w. The center's procedures did not address parent authorization duration nor methods to prevent the use of outdated medication.
Plan of Correction: The facility responded with the following:
Corrected at end of day on 1/28/25. Will check medication box monthly and sign off that all meds have authorization and are in date.
