Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/14/2023 from 7:45am to 8:45am. There were 16 children ages 5 years to age 10 years old supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 4 medications with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in a group game and transitioning to breakfast. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
