(Repeat Violation) The Center is required to ensure that staff complete a First Aid and CPR orientation appropriate to the age of the children in care within 30 days of the first day of employment.

The file for Staff #1 did not contain documentation of a completed First Aid and CPR orientation within 30 days of employment. The orientation was due 12 days ago.

(Repeat Violation) The Center is required to ensure that children under 10 years of age always be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.

During inspection, Staff #1 allowed a child to leave the program without an adult to go get their jacket from another classroom.
