Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
Health and Safety inspection was conducted review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 16 children in care with two staff. Children present ranged in age from four to 10 years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

1 - The information provided for staff 1 -3 did not include any documentation that preservice training was obtained within the allotted time period.
a. Staff 1 has a documented date of hire as June 17, 2019.
b. Staff 2 has a documented date of hire as November 30, 2019.
c. Staff 3 has a documented date of hire as October 30, 2020.
