A complaint was received in the licensing office on October 10, 2024 regarding administration, physical plant and programs. On October 16, 2024 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
