An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/01/2024 and completed on 08/14/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/11/2024 relating to allegations of behavior management and food service. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff record electronically on 08/14/2024. This inspection included observations, tour of the facility, and interviews.
