Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 09/28/2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. At the time of entrance there were five children in care with the provider. The ages of the children counted for a total of 7 points.
Children were observed playing with blocks in the front play room and drawing and playing with table toys and puzzles in the middle play room.
Record were reviewed for the five children in care. Training was verified for the provider.
Background checks and TB screenings for the provider and household member remain current.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
