An unannounced, on-site subsidy inspection was initiated on 09/13/2024 and completed on 09/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 09:30am and ended at 10:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
