Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid protocol. An on-site inspection was completed but some documentation was reviewed virtually or sent electronically.

A renewal inspection was conducted on December 13, 2021. An on-site, virtual and electronic inspection was conducted. There were 28 children present, ranging in age from 5 years to 12 years and in the care of 5 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staff qualifications, staffing and supervision, programming, special care provisions, special services and emergencies. A total of 3 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined there were no violations with applicable standards or law.
