An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on November 19, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:35 p.m. and ended at 5 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records on-site and 4 staff records off-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
