Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 30, 2023. The inspector arrived at 3:15PM and departed at approximately 4:30PM. There were 22 children present and 3 staff members. A sample size of 9 records were reviewed which included 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed free play, bathroom break, and dinner. First aid kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
