Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/03/2024 and completed on 10/09/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 12:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite and 2 staff records electronically on 10/09/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

The red plastic ?sink? in the dramatic play area was chipped, cracked and split, creating sharp, jagged edges. Children were observed playing in this area.
Plan of Correction: Staff will remove and report to admin for replacement.
