Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/13/2023 from 10:40 am to 11:35 am. There were 10 children (28 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers.
The home, 2 caregivers/ household member?s records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and eating AM snack.

2Evidence: There was no documentation of a physical examination completed by or under the direction of a physician prior to or within 30 days of Child #5's first day of attendance. The start date for Child #5 is 10/10/2023.
Evidence: 4 out of 5 children's records did not contain written information on the family day home's medication policy.
