Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/16/2024 from 11:48 am-12:58 pm. There were 11 children supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregivers records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Violations
3Evidence: A blue playground swing outside was cracked in three places.
Evidence: A pressure-mounted gate was observed on steps in the kitchen leading down to the living room playspace.
Evidence: Child #5 was observed in a swing for 36 minutes (11:48 am-12:24 pm).
