A complaint investigation concerning terms of the license was initiated on 5/16/2024, from a report received by the Fairfax County Licensing office on 05/06/2024. The investigation was conducted on 05/16/2024, in the morning between 11:48 am and 12:58 pm and completed on 5/23/2024. The investigation included an interview with the provider. The home was inspected. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
