Children were observed playing outside, transitioning inside and washing hands, eating lunch and napping. Lunch served today: beef stew, whole wheat rolls and milk. Two child records, three caregiver records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, menu, posted information and annual training were reviewed. The provider is not certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
