A complaint inspection was initiated at the center on February 27, 2023 and completed on April 11, 2023 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision and physical plant. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
