Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an onsite tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on November 15, 2021 and concluded on December 15, 2021. The site administrator was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 28 children present on November 16th, ages three to four years old with five staff. The inspector emailed the site administrator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
