Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted Thursday, September 15, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 1:45pm until 3:00pm. There were 14 children, ranging from three years to 13 years in age, being supervised by three staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
