An unannounced inspection was initiated on 06/04/2025 and completed on 06/30/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and one staff records electronically 06/30/2025.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
