Plan of Correction: The program director stated that a practice fire drill was completed in May of 2025 however, the date had not been included on the emergency log. The emergency log will be updated to indicate the May fire drill and each monthly fire drill going forward.

The enrollment record for child 1 lacked documentation of the place of employment for one parent and the record for child 2 lacked documentation of the place of employment for both parents.
