During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above, to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on February 18, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:45am and ended at 9:50am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site February 18, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care. The center?s last practice evacuation drill was dated November 11, 2024. The center is missing December 2024, and January 2025.
for a child who is not exempt from the immunization requirements once every six months for children under the age of two years and once between each child's fourth and sixth birthdays. Child #1, entered the family day home on November 2021, at 15 month, and there is no annual update of the child?s record.
