An investigation was initiated on 2/17/22 and concluded on 4/1/22. A complaint was received by the department on 1/26/22 regarding allegations in the areas of staffing and supervision, physical plant and infant feeding. On-site inspections were conducted on 2/17/22 and 3/8/22. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation related to the allegations were reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
