Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated today. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were a total of 36 children present with 6 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and facilities and programs A total of 4 child records and all staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations and were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
Staff # 1 does not have the results of a Central Registry search.
Plan of Correction: We sent a second search request on 09/16/2021. Once results are received, we will forward the search results to the Licensing Inspector for review within 10 days.
