Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 10/28/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 38 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included review of documentation, observations, interviews and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
