Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and completed on October 12, 2022.
There were 15 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also
conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this
supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of staff records and interview, the center did not ensure all staff has current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Evidence:
1. In Staff#3's record (date of hire: 03/07/22), the current CPR certificate was not found.
2.In Staff#4's record (date of hire: 5/14/18), the CPR certificate expired on 06/08/2020.
3. Interview with staff confirmed the current CPR documents were not available for review during this inspection.
