An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on February 9, 2026, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 27, 2026, relating to allegations of administrative oversight. This inspection included interviews, observations, and document review.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
