Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/08/2022 and concluded on 031/08/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 17 children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or law. Please see the violation notice for more details.
Violations

The center's emergency plan did not contain the following:
1. The shelter-in-place and lockdown procedures did not indicate a method to account for all children.
2. The evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures did not contain a method to secure essential documents.
3. The evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures did not include a method to ensure supplies to accommodate special healthcare needs are taken to the assembly point or location site.
4. The center's plan did not contain accommodations or special requirements for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs.
