Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/28/2021. The President of the Board was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 13 three-year-old children present, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
