Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/28/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 11:40 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site.
