A complaint investigation was initiated on 1/24/2024 and concluded on 3/11/2024. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision and parental involvement. The inspector conducted interviews with staff and other collateral witnesses, reviewed written and electronic records and conducted an inspection of the facility.
