Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on February 26, 2024. A walk-through of the facility was conducted with the Director. There were a total of 52 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed resting, tummy time, individual play. Staff were actively engaged and interactive with the children.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please submit plan of corrections within 5 business days in order for it to be included on the website.

Based on staff records review, 1 out 5 staff records did not contain documentation of the results of a search fo the central registry maintain by any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.

1. Staff #1 (date of employement 2/07/2024) central registry request was not submitted within the 7 days of employement. The central registry request was not submitted until February 27, 2024. Staff #1 was caring for children in the Infant classroom during the inspection.
