(Repeat violation) All staff who work with children must have, within 90 days of employment, current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) which includes an in-person competency demonstration. Staff #2 has not obtained CPR certification with in-person competency demonstration and is overdue by three months. Staff #4 has not obtained CPR certification with in-person competency demonstration and is overdue by more than a year. Staff #5 has not obtained CPR certification and is overdue by a month.
