An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated October 14, 2025 and completed on November 26, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on October 2, 2025 relating to administration and programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site and facility's policies electronically. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
