Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on May 2, 2022. There were seventeen children present, ranging in ages from three years to five years, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.

Evidence: The most recent fire inspection conducted was dated October 23, 2019 which is more than a year old.
