Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 1/30/2025 and completed on 1/31/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:50 pm and ended at 3:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 41children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records electronically on1/31/2025 . This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1There was a spray bottle of disinfecting solution on an open shelving unit, at a height of about 4 feet, located in an open closet in the preschool room A. There were 11 three and four year old children napping in the room with one staff.
