Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/08/2021 and concluded on 09/09/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 95 children, ages 3 years-5 years, 18 staff providing direct care and a number of support staff were present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
