Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A subsidy monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/04/2021 and concluded on 11/10/2021. The program director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. This is an after school program serving school age children only, located in a public school that is currently closed. There were no children nor staff present. This program will continue to remain closed until the next school year.

Because the program is currently closed the information gathered determined no subsidy violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
