Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 3/5/2025 and completed on 3/5/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:12PM and ended at 4:15PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 3/5/2025 and 1 staff record electronically on 3/11/2025.

For staff hired before July 1, 2024, providers must obtain the results of a central registry search for an employee, within 30 days of service. Staff #1 did not have central registry search results during the inspection and has been employed for over 45 days.

A menu listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period shall be posted in a location conspicuous to parents. A menu listing snacks for the week was not posted,.
