Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an hybrid inspection protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an onsite inspection of the facility.
A renewal inspection was initiated on February 24, 2022 and concluded on February 28, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and sent requested documentation for review. There were 24 children present, ranging in ages from five years to twelve years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
