Inspector Notes

A non-mandated focused inspection was conducted on December 12, 2022 from 12:29 P.M.-1:45 P.M. The focused inspection was a follow-up from the violations cited during the August 2022. mandated inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training staffing and supervision, and special care provisions and emergencies. A total of two medication and medications records and four staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
