Inspector Notes

A non-mandated focused inspection was conducted on May 15, 2023 from 12:10 P.M.-1:10 P.M. There were no children present, and three staff were present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and qualifications, medication, special care and emergencies, and required postings. A total of one child records and one staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
