Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 5, 2023 from 4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. There were 19 children in care ages 5 years through 9 years of age under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed finishing up afternoon snack, during transition time and at a variety of center play that included legos and drawing.

Four children's records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Emergency drills and posted information were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
