An unannounced inspection was conducted on 3/22/2-22 to investigate a complaint received by The Department related to Supervision of Children. Staff were interviewed and observations were conducted. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
