An investigation was conducted at 10:55am into complaint allegations received. Staff interviews were conducted by an alternative remote protocol due to the ongoing health pandemic. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time. Based on information gathered there was insufficient evidence of non-compliance, and the allegations have been deemed not valid.
