Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:50am. The center director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 78 children and 15
direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed attending a puppet show today. The facility was found to be clean, and classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
